Matcha what?

“Matcha what?”

Matcha Green Tea has been a long standing tradition of the Japanese culture. Made from the Camellia Sinensis plants young leaves, is steamed, stemmed, and de-vined before being stone-ground into very fine powder.

This powerful elixir contains a specific set of organic compounds known as catechins. Among antioxidants, Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG) makes up 60% of the catechins in Matcha Green Tea.

EGCG is widely recognized for its cancer fighting properties. One cup of Matcha provides over 5 times as many antioxidants than any other food – containing over 100 times more EGCG’s than any other tea on the market.

L-Theanine is the production of dopamine and serotonin. These two chemicals serve to enhance mood, improve memory, and promote better concentration. It creates alpha waves in the brain which induces relaxation without the inherent drowsiness.

Drinking Matcha Green Tea keeps you alert, provides increased endurance, increases the metabolism and fortifies the immune system, all while detoxifying and tasting delicious.
