Spinach salad and balsamic vinaigrette dressing

This very easy to make, fresh and tasty salad is done in 8 minutes tops!




  • Spinach

  • 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar

  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon

  • 2 to 3 garlic clove

  • 1/3 of a small onion, yellow or red

  • 1/2 tbs honey

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1-2 tbs Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds


*Use organic ingredients if possible, modify to your liking.” 🙂




Wash Spinach, massage a bit before adding dressing. Releases certain enzymes that ease digestion and allow a higher nutrient intake. We usually don’t chop it, but do as you like it.


Slice Garlic cloves and onion very thin.




In small container, pour in balsamic vinegar.


Add honey, olive oil, garlic and onion, whisk gently.



Add lime and sliced almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste.


Serve directly on single portion.
