Our Golden Moss was gathered by local family from the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia. It alone contains over 90 raw essential minerals and vitamins A-K.
It's scientific name is Eucheuma Cottonii.
Very often this nutritious algae is mistakenly referred to as "Irish Sea Moss" or as "Chondrus Crispus.” The fact is, Irish Sea moss is only found in the deep cold oceans, is red/brown in color, has flat leaves and is not from the warm waters of the Caribbean. They are both, however, one of the many super foods Mother Nature has to offer.
